I don't know Tony Khan personally but by all accounts he seems to be a great guy and he's done great things for the wrestling business.

WWE can be pretty ruthless but whatever the issue is here he definitely has to tone it down for the optics if nothing else.

Yeah wwe pulled out some actual draws (and Botchy Lynch) to win the other night

But you can’t talk shit like that when you lose

Wish they had left the two man booth on Collision alone. Tony just doesn’t mesh well with Kevin and Nigel in my opinion.

They gotta just keeping up the cash until Ian Riccaboni agrees to leave his full time job. He's miles better than Tony and Kevin. Hell, he might be the best announcer in all of wrestling right now

I’d be completely fine if it was Ian and Taz on commentary on Dynamite. Let Excalibur and someone else take Rampage.

Someone needs to. Not sure how Ric Flair isn’t under a conservatorship (or whatever that Britney Spears thing was ) by now.

TK announcing a big signing will take place at Full Gear.

Andrew Zarian implying on Twitter that its Will Ospreay (he tweeted out a picture of an Osprey)

Only way that works is if Tony got NJPW to release him early as his contract isn’t up until February. So not entirely impossible but definitely improbable.

They already have a working relationship. If the relationship is good and AEW is really where he wants to be, I don't see a reason why they couldn't announce he's going to AEW. The contract won't officially start until Feb and he can just keep making appearances for both promotions like he's already been doing.

Fightful saying the signing isn't Mercedes Mone so there goes one of my guesses. The other two are Chris Hero or Will Ospreay

The consensus I’m seeing from the wrestling talk on Reddit is Hero or Vikingo.

I mentioned this when there were rumors of Drew as a potential free agent as well. With AEW on free TV in the UK and being the most watched wrestling program there it definitely seems like smart business to make a UK wrestler the centerpiece of the promotion.
Ospreay is represented by Barry Bloom who's been a mega agent since the Monday Night Wars. He's going to get a huge deal from one of the major companies, probably AEW.
If it is Ospreay that'd great for all parties
