I think it's between Colby Lewis and Derek Holland. Google leads me to think that Holland has the slight edge. I agree that it seems suicidal to throw only lefties out there, but that looks like a serious possibility.

I mean, I know they make a big deal about the Blue Jays being the best offense in MLB against lefties, but they're also the best offense in MLB against righties. There really isn't a good option against those dudes.
