girardi made all the right moves 2nite???? dam, i really thought you finally got it, i guess not!
what more do you need to see how stupid he is? you may get away with it during reg season, but its the PS where you are exposed, and thats why all this bad schitt is happening... how many flucking times is Judge going to be up in the wrong situation? 2nite when gardner lead 8th with double, in tight game that runner must be moved over, and here comes the Judge in another F'ed up situation, because the morons decision to hit him 2nd?

this team is winning despite all his insanley dumb decisions, Y, because they are that good! FIRE GIRARDI

Look at the faces...

Also, the guy in yellow is that homerun guy that's caught like a million homeruns and is semi famous with baseball nerds.

Good catch, I saw a documentary on that guy, I noticed it right away

Imagine he took that from Judge, he would have literally died last night

I'm not saying Bauer will shut them down guaranteed, but I think it's crazy to think he's incapable of doing it again given that he's done it to the Yanks three times this year. In three starts, he's 3-0 with 19 Ks and a 0.92 ERA.

Speaking of doing it again, I wonder if Severio is going to reprise his sweet postseason debut.

I do think that Kluber will get his shit together and Friday was an anomaly.

One thing I'm encouraged by is the Tribe's pitching (Kluber's bedshitting notwithstanding). Remove Kluber's IP and ER from the Indians' line, and they've got a 0.99 ERA in 27+ IP against a very potent offense.

If they're fortunate enough to get past the Yankees, I'm pretty sure whoever they face won't be T-ing off on them on a regular basis.

ROLL TRIBE!

I like our chances on 3 days rest off 98 pitches

His dominance over the Yankees this season gives me some optimism, cause like Kluber, its hard for any pitcher to keep doing it to the same lineup, especially on short rest

Severino? We will know in inning one, his fastball location tells you right away where hes' at

Sure, I like our chances tonight, think the bats win it

I'm still waiting for the Indians to explode. Kluber had the worst start all season, their bats haven't been good for the last couple weeks imo. It's only a matter of time. And if it is a close game Chapman won't be available which is a huge plus for the Tribe

Who told you that? Girardi said nothing like that last night

I don't know that he won't be available -- in do-or-die situations, typically it's all hands on deck -- but he did throw what, close to 40 pitches last night? Pretty taxing pitches too. I also feel like Robertson could be a little gassed today.

Then again, we might get rained out.

Could be. I have no idea, I just figured an avi bet could make it slightly more interesting.

FiveThirtyEight is giving the Yankees a 52% chance to win.

Agreed, Im shocked how they have handled Ramirez and Lindor (outside of that little grand slam thingy)......Santana scares me up there, I thought his shot was gone off the bat last night

Girardi said he will see how Chapman feels today, there is the thought they would use him for an out or 2 in a lefty/lefty matchup if need be....

Well 40 pitches...depending on the situation of course I would think they would go to their rested guys, Chapman is the only guy not rested now. I mean we saw what happened last year in the WS what happened when they overworked him. If it is a 1-0 game maybe we see him for an inning, but that is literally the only situation I see him in there.

I'd like to see the offense pop a little. They're ranked 6th in OPS of the eight remaining playoff teams.

Jose needs to get rolling. Particularly with Encarnacion day-to-day.

Ramirez is slashing .154/.214/.154/.368. That's pretty ugly.

Id rather not get rained out.........Having a worn down Miller may be more important to the Yankees than not having Robertson or Chapman.....Kahlne and Green should be good to go, and Betances to close if needed

Yeah I mean the Yanks have so many options I would think they would avoid putting him in BUT if it is 1-0 late who knows
