Its like this. The 49ers were made up of high character guys and were constant losers. Then Singletary said we have such a good group of guys we should start some people with some bad reputations cause the good guys will keep them in check. The next draft the get Culliver and they get Aldon. Now the good character guys who are supposed to keep them in line have been doing a poor job.

But, most of the stuff they have been doing is way over blown.

Kaepernick did nothing wrong, but it was made out to be some huge deal.

Culliver has had one incident and a hit in run while bad and something I would never do is minor compared to what most teams deal with.

Smith has had drinking and driving problems. This new incident I am not so sure about. Did he say it sarcastically? He was chosen "randomly" to get a second screening. He was agitated but not argumentative from spectators. For all we know he might have said "Why pick me? Do I look like I have a bomb?" And it was misheard.

I deal with security. One night a guy cut himself very badly while trying to steal. The cop show up to arrest him. There is blood everywhere and a security guard has gloves on and is about to start first aid on the guy to stop the bleeding. The cop stops him and takes the thief out. While the cop is walking away both me and the security guard hear "He has aids" The cop knew the guy by sight and called him by name when he first saw him.

The store spent a ton of money for a hazmat cleaning crew to clean up the blood. The security guy and Iwere tested for aids cause while we never touched him, he did bleed on us. Turns out that the cop said "What if he has aids?" (Or so he claims) We both just heard him wrong. Turns out the guy didn't have aids he was tested a few weeks prior when he got released from prison.

People mishear or hear what they want to or don't get voice inflections all the time so I am waiting for more facts to come out. It might be he is questioned and released and nothing else happens.

Guys like Willis, Gore and Justin Smith need to step up here. Whoever the team leaders are. Yeah, everyone should be accountable for themselves, but the leaders of the team need to step in and put a stop to all the bullshit. The players should be putting their feet down.

How many times has Andy Lee been arrested in the offseason? I rest my case.
