I still think he is a product of Coors so I am on the fence about it.. Hopefully he can prove me wrong

I'd be more concerned if we were playing in a pitcher's park, which is the last term I'd use to describe Fenway Park.

This is true.. If there was another park other than Coors he should be ok in it would be Fenway

I saw a stat that Fenway has the second highest BABIP behind Coors since the Rockies started. Fenway may not be as extreme but it's still very well known for raising batting averages. Story may end up trading off some of those home runs for doubles/triples (or even Green Monster singles).

how about his splits 200 diff in ops rather have freddie:suds:

Freddie didn’t want to play in Boston.

Also, not sure splits matter too much here. In addition to Fenway, he’ll be playing a ton of games in Baltimore, Toronto & New York now. He’s a good hitter that will be in a LOT of hitter’s parks.

Not that I think every other team hasn't stolen signs before and still are but interesting that MLB "covered it up"

James Paxton said he's thrown off a mound twice and will go a third time soon. Aiming for late June, early July return.

I wouldn't call it an extension. Pretty much just buying out his arbitration years.

How about running Chapman out to the mound and blowing games constantly? All in big spots also....Boone blows and that guy is an assclown, he obviously doesn't watch Yankee games like real fans that watch inning after inning, pitch by pitch......

yes you're right

That's not to say they shouldn't have done that, especially if the bat rebounds to 2018/19 levels. At least they'll avoid any arbitration headaches.
