I'm honestly not too worried about Eduardo. Yeah the season stats look like shit but his underlying peripherals are good. Maybe a little too much contact but it feels like some of that is bad luck. Hes been better in his last 8 starts even with Toronto shelling him.

Pivetta's a fine #4-5. Eovaldi's last two starts feel like a blip. He's not an ace but he's still a good mid-rotation guy. Perez/ Richards need to be fired into the sun

Stop Fing around with Tanner as well! Leave him on the roster and let him pitch!

So what's the word on Schwarber? He is re-injured himself?

Kyle Schwarber (hamstring) has suffered a minor setback in his recovery as he's now dealing with tightness in his groin.

Red Sox chief baseball officer Chaim Bloom said Sunday that he doesn't believe the setback is a major one, and is "more of a bump in the road and that's to be expected in a rehab like this". Bloom added that "we don't see this changing his timetable much". Schwarber had been expected to begin a rehab assignment next week, but it looks like those plans are on hold for the time being.

in other words... "We truly have no idea when he will play and so far this wasn't a great trade deadline move
