The Rays schedule from end of August 27 til end of September is pretty brutal.

3 in Houston
3 vs Cleveland
3 vs Baltimore
4 vs Toronto
3 in Texas
3 in LA (Angels)
2 in LA (Dodgers)
4 vs Boston
2 vs Yankees
3 vs Toronto

That is 20 out of 30 tough games to end the season

Sox have a pretty tough 2 week stretch coming up with you guys and Tampa, and there's a doubleheader in NY on August 3rd.

Walk the parrot

Like Clemens and Boggs before him. I want to see EE do bad, but not hurt the Yankees in the process. If he does something like hit the GS tonight that is great for the team I will cheer. But he will always be one of those hateful Blue Jays like Donaldson and Bautista.

Those were the big three in my memory. But you know I am old as a grandfather and have been known to remember thing wrong before. The whole Blue Jays organization seemed to me to have a chip on their shoulders, but mainly those three.

I have no problems with EE from his past, but trust me, I've hated many Yankees signed over the years and was forced to root for the laundry.....My top picks are very similar to yours....Reggie, Clemens, Boggs (respect his beer drinking) to name a few....Also was never a fan of Arod from day one.....Ones that annoyed me a bit were Tex and Tino.....Sucked seeing Tino get a ring right after Mattingly retired.....Mattingly was the type of player that deserved one......

I was young enough when they signed Reggie that I rooted for him. @nynasty and me have that conversation a few times. I agree about Mattingly, he deserved a ring more then a number of Yankees that got one.
