I can't say I blame him for going with Betances for a 3rd inning. The Yankees bullpen outside of D-Rob and Betances has been very unreliable.

Agree but like I said I prefer you give both of them 2 if you want to go that route instead of giving betances 3.

Heck he should have went to Robertson after Betances got the first out. He should have known that he was pushing a button by going to Betances for a 3rd inning so honestly I would have went to Robertson after the first out.

Are people actually surprised by Jeter's production this year? That being said, he's far from being their only problem. The only really productive position players for the Yanks have been Gardner (4.2 bWAR) and Ellsbury (2.6 bWAR). Teixeira has the 3rd best WAR among position players at 1.4.
