Lester to Oakland
How do you trade your clean up hitter when you already had a stack rotation?

Norris, Moss, Jaso, Crisp and Donaldson all have a higher wRC+ than Cespedes. His defense is pretty damn good though.
Not trying to justify the trade or anything, Cespedes seems like too much for a 2 month rental of Jon Lester IMO.
Yankees get Byrd.
Time for Toronto and Baltimore to start wheelin and dealin.
According to an ESPN text alert I just received, The Orioles have traded for Andrew Miller.
Red Sox acquired LHP Eduardo Rodriguez from the Orioles for LHP Andrew Miller.
Ben Cherington continues to have an outstanding day. Boston held out for a top prospect in Miller negotiations, and they finally got one from a rival. Rodriguez was recently ranked by MLB.com as Baltimore's No. 3 prospect. "Initially more of a command-and-control lefty, Rodriguez has grown into his lanky frame and has seen his velocity jump as a result," the site's scouting report reads. "He now throws his fastball in the low 90s, with good sink and movement. Rodriguez pairs his fastball with a hard changeup and a tight slider, both of which grade out as above-average offerings." Rodriguez projects as a middle-of-the rotation starter.

Looks like 2 of the Aces in the division (Lester to Oakland and Price to Detroit) have been dealt to the other AL divisions. I don't believe that there's really any true Ace pitchers left in the division to my knowledge right now.
Prado to the Yankees
