Over the last few months a dead cow behind home plate would block balls better then Sanchez. Might have a problem throwing out runners though

Sanchez seems to be doing just fine throwing runners out. I'd still say Sanchez more than makes up for whatever defensive issues with his bat.

I meant the dead cow throwing out runners, Sanchez is decent at that. Right now with the injuries (mainly the Holliday one) allows Girardi too use Sanchez as the DH and Romaine as the C. Once Holliday and or Castro come back, that should change.
