I keep forgetting things that I think are cool. When Charley retired he was the all time leader NFL leader in receptions. When Monk retired it was the same deal.
Mitchell was probably 1st time hof.I would rate Mitchell higher too.
Smith never admitted to being gay that I remember but it was widely rumored. I think that is one reason he did not make the HOF.
Wow! The way my dad talked about him, I probably would have.I meant Randy Moss but Santana was a good one too.
Good list, if you had seen Charley play I put a wooden nickel you'd list him first. He was a big receiver for his era, RB out of Arizona State. Maybe the most vicious WR blocker ever .... at least way up there. If I am remembering correctly the crack back block was outlawed largely because of Charley. He ruined a few careers.
I met Charley one time in Alexandria and said hi and shook his hand. He had some of the strongest hands I have ever seen.
Probably going back to SF.this ba trade has to be dead.
that,s the smart thing.Probably going back to SF.
Hey it was a good topicWhat a joke this has become.
Possible if we land one of them that is a hell of a WR roomDevonte Adam’s could be in play
I believe that it's too late to get any trade done in terms of getting the new guy, whoever he is, ready for the opening game.
There is no circumstance where I see Terry getting out of here.Even if true, it was reported that San Fran. also wanted a receiver in the deal. Who do the Commanders have left, excluding TM, that the 49ers wants? Luke?? Dyami??
I don’t want to lose Luke eitherThere is no circumstance where I see Terry getting out of here.
CrowderI agree!! That would offset any positive 9
Who then???
