You guys want to have the memorial service for Pat Freiermuth's career right now or should we wait for a more formal event at the end of next season?

Yeah, use your imagination. Like we're gonna have to next season.
Prisoner jumps leaps soars majestically vaults flys on the wings of angels over the desk to fight the judge.

It's just more to me that the issue was getting Bijan and Pitts the rock so we hire him after firing the ultra unimaginative OC?

Derek Henry is also a top 5 of this generation RB. It's lazy to think the guy who "coached that" can somehow morph Derek Henry into any situation.

He didn't make Derek Henry. Derek made him.

TBH everything about the way this team hires coordinators feels lazy.

What I find ironic is that this is the same franchise that has famously hit on three straight head coaches that were young and on their way up. But, in the modern age, they just run out coordinators that have failed somewhere else. It doesn't make sense.

Should bring back Joe Walton as OC

it's a weird hire for an exceptional franchise. And it is because it's so specific as to why.

Smith didn't maximize talent and that's been the concern of late in Pitt.

Booooo
But well deserved. Probably had the 2nd best defense in team history this year

Ravens defense is gonna take a step back next year with all the free agents on that side

I think McDonald is an excellent coach and I'm not sad he'll be gone. That said, Baltimore always finds the next good defensive coordinator. Losing guys hasn't held them back before. Jerks.

BTW -- D-coordinator of the Ravens has been a good pipeline to NFL. But the results have been mixed.
