Report: Browns enamored with Texas A&M DE Myles Garrett

If the Browns like him then he must not be very good.

A little scouting report from someone that has watch his entire college career.....

He is very good as an outside rusher. Has speed to get outside and quick enough to cut inside. Teams (other than Bama) quit trying to block him with a pulling lineman because he can get through the hole before the pulling line gets there. A little weaker against the run. He is a little light for a DE (especially in a 3-4), but will bulk up.

I would say based their college career, he is at least as good as Von Miller physically and better mentally. The Aggies invented a position for Von at A&M. All he did was line up anywhere and rush the passer. A&M basically played a 10 man defense with 1 blitzer on every play.

Will he pan out in Cleveland? Who knows. That town is a graveyard for college players.

haha, yesterday was the 24th wedding anniversary for the wifey and me. 24th is the musical instrument anniversary. she said something along the lines of "I don't know what to get you...neither of us plays an instrument." I kindly suggested she could play the skin flute for me. After she looked at me with a blank stare, I explained to her just what that meant. not a happy face on her....











......but paly it she did later that night!
