No, his field vision is not well above average. He gets happy feet as he attempts to go through his progressions.
And plenty of QBs keep their eyes downfield under a lot of pressure, any QB worth his salt really. It must be nice to blame everything on someone else, god knows no other talented QBs have ever had to overcome a poor o-line. A good QB compensates for a shitty line.
There is not a QB in the league who could put that Washington team least year at .500. They are that bad, and their coach was worse.
