Brown, Smart and 4 first rounders- one of which is likely to be a lotto pick in Sacramento is prob. the base offer from the Celtics.

If the Pelicans trade Davis to the Celtics and don't come away with Tatum, major fail.

I honestly expect a surprise team to step forward like the Raptors did with Kawhi.

If the Pelicans trade him this year, which I don't think they will, the team that gets him could go all in on a championship run this year and then turn around and flip his ass at the deadline NEXT YEAR, if he isn't inclined to stay.

But since the Lakers dont want to trade Kuzma, who is way better than Tatum, I think every team improves from this.
