Virginia picked up a commitment from Zack Jones, a 3-star, 6'0", 178-lb WR from Chesapeake, VA. Wahoos (as they call themselves), now have 5 commits. Note that there was an error in the previous list - the spreadsheet had a formula missing from Virginia's data. It's all ship-shape now:

A couple of services had him unrated, actually. But that will probably change in time. Apparently, his older brother plays for UVA, too.

One commitment yesterday - Duke picked up unrated DB Breon Borders from Statesville, NC. He appears to have had no other offers.

UVA looks like they will pickup a transfer in Philip Sims, former 4-star recruit who has been granted a release from Alabama. More detail over at the UVA forum, and nice job, hoosrise.

Boston College has received a commit from unrated QB Mackay Lowrie, from West Moxbury, MA. He is the third commit for BC.

NC state has a new commit, 3-star Ford Howell, LB out of Memphis, TN.

Also, 4-star DT Deadrin Sanat of Immokale, FL has decommitted from FSU, widening VaTech's conference lead. He has a ton of other offers.
