ACC decides to scrap 9 game schedule

After 2013, the ACC will scrap the 9 game conference schedule and revert to the 8 game model. Looks like common sense broke out amongst the morons from NC and Clemson, FSU, and GT won't be losing that fourth non-conference game every year now
