Hernandez is a train wreck and looking at the stories of his from college I am surprised he lasted this long.

And no matter how bad the Lions have acted in the past smoking some pot, speeding, eating the tree, domestic assault, act. act. are not even in the same zip code as Murder / accessory / accessory after the fact / obstruction of justice /

Not sure if any reports disclosed this information, but the police did not notify him theat they were coming to pick him up. If it were just obstruction charges he would have gotten a phone call. He will be in jail for multiple years at least. My guess is they have him on accessory or at least conspiracy charges as well.

I listen to a interview with the victim's attorney the other day. The guy was friends with Hernandez and did not report the crime right away. The incident happened at a nightclub and could be characterized as shady at best.

My guess is the Florida cops will revisit charging him after the Mass incident.

I'm following the arraignment on the NFL network but it was hard to hear the prosecuter....Did they say whether or not they found the weapon?

He described the excution style murder but I did not hear if they said they found a weapon.

Well they said they have video survelliance of Hernandez with a firearm entering his house before and after the murder.

But do they have said weapon in custody?

No weapon yet, that I know of, but they found a shell casing in his car matching the ones found at the scene.

That's a pretty good smoking gun right there (pun sort of intended).

• On Monday, June 17, Hernandez and two other men picked up Lloyd in Dorchester, Mass., around 2:30 a.m. ET in a rented Nissan Altima.

• According to McCauley, Hernandez was allegedly upset with Lloyd about speaking to someone at Club Rumor in Boston that weekend and claimed he couldn't trust him.

• The four men drove around Boston, then headed south down Routes 128 and 95 before ending up on Route 152 in the Attleboro area. During this time, Lloyd exchanged texts with his sister. The last text, according to McCauley, was sent at 3:23 a.m.

• Surveillance video showed the Altima entering a gravel road that leads to a field in an industrial park near Hernandez's home at 3:23 a.m., according to McCauley.

• McCauley said employees in the park working at the time reported hearing gunshots. Surveillance images showed the Nissan leaving the scene at 3:27 a.m.

• Hernandez and the two others in the car then returned to Hernandez's home less than two minutes away and shut off the surveillance video system.

• Lloyd's body was discovered around 5:30 p.m. by a jogger.

• McCauley said Hernandez eventually changed cars, disposed of the gun and then destroyed his home surveillance system.

It's rather sad. No matter how big you are, It's what's in your head that matters. He was obviously Troubled.

I know his dad died but as a recruiter that should tell you, This kid might be fucked up in the head.....I know that is a TMZ photo from 2009 but I'm sure every pro team knew about it before the draft including the Pats. Just another reason why he fell so far.

Even Ubran Meyer knew all about this kid when he recruited him to Florida......Meyer knew this kid well.
