Man I honestly can feel this pain. It always amazes me how much we as fans put into our teams.

I felt like this 2 times watching the Pats and I honestly feel these folks pain.

Seahawks fans now know the feeling of having their dream devastated. Now maybe they'll show a little humility instead of trash talking on these threads.

Someone has to lose. It would've been devastating for either team. Pats might be seeing their last SBOWL from the Brady era (just age really) and would suck to see him go out on a loss. Seattle lost it on a questionable call where Wilson and his receiver really didn't play their best at the very end.

Happy the team got there and happy Seattle still has some good football years left with this team. Seems crazy to think they were 4-12 5 seasons ago.

Who knows, maybe we'll get a re-match next year. I don't see a ton of AFC teams outside of the South making a huge push. Could very likely be a Pats/Hawks SBOWL again next year. I just hope this isn't a re-make of the 90s Bills/Cowboys and Seattle keeps losing

Made this thread to not debate. To get so close in the big game and lose sucks. Just sucks. We Pats fans have been there and now you Seattle fans got a taste. Not gloating in any way just sharing the pain I guess.

I dunno how Dallas/Green Bay are 'hungrier' and we're talking like the 4th, 6th, and 7th youngest teams in the NFL. I doubt age is really a factor when talking these 3 teams.

In any event, you are correct in saying they're younger - I just don't find that really has any merit when we're that close.

And crazy that Romo is the oldest on the Boys, I thought they'd have someone older. Man.
