I'm so happy with the Twins 1st round pick I might piss my pants on purpose!

no kidding, that was a great pick by the Twins, love bloodline picks.

The Indians pick was really good also.

The talented Finnegan is not universally beloved by scouts. Supporters see a lefty starter who is exceptionally competitive, featuring a low- to mid-90s fastball, mid-80s slider and low-80s change. Detractors see a short, stocky, non-projectable, mid- to back-end starter or one-inning reliever with spotty command, high pitch counts and a maximum effort delivery.

and the Royals 1st pick, again, not suppose to be picked yet...the royals streak of crappy pitchers continues.

Kyle Zimmer sucks now? Mkay. We can probably wait another year before we jump on the injury plagued bandwagon.

Maybe Jeter and his 3 foot range will stop the onslaught of groundballs our offense will send... Oh, the Yankees will just use a shift like they usually do just so they can make their shitty infield defense look defensible.

The Tigers are absolute shit right now, very painful to watch. Starters have been mediocre to terrible (cough...JV...cough), bullpen is laughably horrible, offense can't produce anything outside of Kinsler, Miggy, and VMart, even the defense is shaky.

Isn't the Runs/Game actually pretty good? We have been nightmarish over here with a couple of black holes in our lineup.

To Yost and friends: Please, get Infante and his 300 OBP out of the two hole. Let Cain bat there instead.

Maybe for the season that number has been ok, but lately it's been bad.

Last 10 games runs scored: 0, 6, 1, 5, 6, 2, 0, 3, 2, 3 (3-7 in that span) (just 2.8 runs per game)

In 20 years we have had 2 pitchers develop into a MLB pitchers that the Royals drafted, Grienke and Holland, with Grienke being the only early rounder.

Still might have chances with Duffy and Ventura, anyone draft since 2012 really shouldn't qualify yet since nobody has any idea. They are still 50/50.

The Royals 2nd and 3rd pics look pretty good though.

agree completely, even before the season started, lol...

will say Davis has arugably the best 8th inning guy in the majors (with Wil Smith being one also)

That's fine, but focus your criticism to the current regime (past 8-9 years) not 20 as the current regime is what is relevant here.

you do know that the pitcher they draft 1st was 0-8 in college? thats 0-8, in college

they could have selected a much better, solid guy, unless they are going for the cheaper signability, then it would make sense.

my bad, guess he was 8-3, watching the draft live last night they said he was 0-8, which was rather shocking.

he is looking a bit better after reading more about him and not listening to the draft coverage on him, but who knows on pitchers other than STL, Oak and Was.
