I'm good waiting on LBer for sure as well. We mostly will play two LBers most of the time. Overshown has one spot locked up assuming he gets healthy eventually. That means we have Liufau, Sanborn and Murray and then long shots of the rookie (probably a STs guy this year), Buddy Johnson and Clark. All of those guys are fighting for one and a half spots next to Overshown. Liufau is the favorite after last year but it's no guarantee as he hasn't shown too much more than the potential to be a starter so far, Murray wasn't great but he was at least a starter and Sanborn played that exact #3 role in this exact defense. Plus there is still an outside shot (not likely but possible) that if EZ proves to be a star this year or next, that he starts on the weak side and Micah plays some LBer on early downs. It doesn't seem like that is likely to ever happen again with Micah, but it wouldn't be the worst idea after seeing him tire late in the season every year.I think the coaching staff has some kinda plan with whats in the building. I am just at just wait & see how that turns out at the moment. (LB & DT)

knowing I may have to wait until next year to attack the middle of the defense (if things dont turn out)
DT obviously is a little more of a wing and a prayer approach this season and I think they are still looking there, No chance these coaches are going to just settle with what they currently have if they think they can improve the team unless Jerry cuts off the purse strings. But you can't solve every problem in one off-season when you are a 7 win team that at the halfway point of the season looked more like a 5 or max 6 win team.
