I honestly think he could be a decent starter.. If he could maintain an upper .700 OPS + his usual defense, I think he would be a good 3rd OFer..

I dont and neither does dd which was why davis was brought in to platoon and thats been going well. Dirks looks good because he faces pitchers he has a much better chance of having success against. If he played every day you would dedicate entire threads in all CAPS about how he sucks.

It's ok. I think my first couple of posts in here ruffled some feathers and poked a few sleeping bears. Most of the Tigers fans took it in stride so kudos to them.

I do prefer this thread over the AL East smack thread, more lively and worthwhile posts to read and respond to.

I see you're a Twins fan. My pop and ex manager Tom Kelly went to high school together back in the day and played on the same high school team. I met him personally before a Yankees vs Twins game back in 97-98. Very cool experience for me as they brought my dad and I into the dugout and I met some of the players as well.

I been busy. I bought my first flat screen TV. had to watch soon movies on it. I got a 13 year old Sony Vega for sale... $100 any one???? I got a 42 incher for $420 its the bomb! cant wait to watch some football on it.
