This is a big ass if but if tanaka comes back and the Yankees make the playoffs they have an staff now that can make a deep run with a possible playoffs rotation looking like this:

You have to love baseball. McCarthy goes to Bronx and is solid. Samardzija and Hammel go to Oakland and people start crowning them and Hammel sucked balls and Jeff has been less than stellar.

Pretty sure the Royals have won every series vs the Twins this year except the sweep in Minny early in the year. Looks like another 2 of 3 to me as right now.

All I care about is our offense continuing to hammer the ball, don't care if we win or lose(want 70 wins though lol).

Our lineup is going to be so goddamn good by 2016 and shit maybe even middle of next year barring no major set backs. Just wish the pitching had more of an outlook rather than hail mary prayers.

Not good news on Anibal Sanchez. Worst fears are possibly realized.

Looks like the Tigers will start Kyle Lobstein on Thursday vs. NYY, pushing Verlander back to Game 1 vs. Chisox on Friday. DET will need another rookie starter in the DH on Saturday. Scherzer pitches the other game that day.
