I do think this will be a slightly down year for MSU. Maybe 9-3. They lost a lot of seniors in key positions. Things will right themselves with MSU back on top in 2017. That said, the old cliché always applies to the UM-MSU game: throw out the records and rankings.
Especially if it's at Spartan Stadium.

Your" clock managent "is exceptional.

Slightly down year?? Little brother be lucky to win 7 games this year. Counting on a punter fumbling again?? Gimmicks only come so often

Hey, I'm glad one of your teams has more money bet on them. That should make you feel a little bit better about your teams being my teams' bitches.

Michigan - 1-11 in last twelve vs Buckeyes
Tigers - 1-11 in last twelve vs Indians

Shit, the Spartans doubled the Wolverines' total yardage in that game. The one and only reason that punter was in a position to blow that game is his otherworldly kicking prior to that gaffe.

Michigan shouldn't have won that game, which is why they didn't.

Also, tOSU fucked Michigan up like it was their job.

That wasn't the only reason Michigan had a big advantage in field position that game. Peppers also had 48 yards on three punt returns. The big difference in that game offensively was Cook's YPA (8.4 vs. Rudock's 6.7), but Cook still completed only 18 of 39 passes. Overall, I think it was a pretty equal game, maybe slightly in MSU's favor.

OSU was bad. I think it would have been a lot closer if Michigan had a healthy Glasgow. The run defense really fell apart after he went down. Even then, 369 yards on 6.8 YPC... ugh.

Only going back 12 years I see. You seem to forget when you were our bitch under johnny cooper. We broke one off in you every year. Then you forgot BO years. Only going back 12 years makes you more of a homer than little brother sparty

maybe he forgot them because the Bo years have little bearing on 2016?

try not to worry too much about head to head results in previous seasons in college football, considering how much rosters change.

C'mon....doug has told us time and time again that he does not live in the past. Unless he is forced to...like in Wolverine football (the distant past) or Tiger baseball (the not so distant past). I suppose we will be hearing about the Red Wings' Howe, Abel, and Lindsey years sooner or later.

Doug...learn how and why oddsmakers set the odds as they do in the preseason of almost any sport. Hint: They are trying to bring in $.

You really don't know the history of this rivalry, do you?

Going back through 1950, the Buckeyes are 36-28-2 against the Assholes From Ann Arbor. Ohio State has seven championships in that time compared to Michigan's one.

If MSU is "little brother," Michigan is the middle child who's been getting his ass kicked lately by the baby.

Doug, do you have an answer to this? It appears that in my life time, OSU has put forth better teams. Now you can make up some stupid crap and avoid what is written above....or you can act like a reasonable adult and admit that, in the last HALF CENTURY and more (65 years)...the Buckeyes have out played the Wolverines.
