I coulda played for BO. if I didn't hurt my knee. It was me and Jamie Morris fighting for the spot.
Bad knee. Morrisk got it.

So doug, you played behind Jamie Morris on the Michigan teams of the mid 80s (84-87)? Morris was a 4 year starter, but in his freshman year, he began the season as a kick returner. Were you also a freshman with Morris or had you played a couple of seasons already? I can see why you like Jim Harbaugh....he was there around the same time as you - 83 to 86. You must have taken some handoffs from him, in practice at least.

Boston got a taste of what razor sharp looks like this evening.

My ass got a taste of what a wooden seat designed for a midget feels like.

That was a great win for Detroit last night. Man -- Boston has a tough lineup. I'm afraid to see what happens to Mike Pelfrey tonight. It could get ugly

Boston came into last night's game having scored 46 runs in their last six games, and had at least one home run in 15 straight games. Last night: 2 runs, no homers.

I have zero confidence that will continue tonight with Pelfrey pitching.

Just frustrating. Sox had plenty of runners on base, but couldn't cash in. Obviously you're going to strand a lot of guys when you get on base a lot, but the last three losses have been pretty painful to watch.

Farrell did us a favor last night by not pinch running for Ortiz in the 8th. With Papi clogging the bases, the Bosox had 4 singles in the inning, but only 1 run.

LMAO...I didn't think you'd venture any farther into that particular fantasy doug. With the internet's ability to allow people to easily find past information - often quite detailed, it IS best for you to end your little "Tale of Dreams". :)
