In case you wanted an answer, DeAza has 2 RBIs with the Giants. His OPS with the team is .751. His .367 OBP ranks 4th among all Giant hitters.
That was my feel. He has been quite, but rather good.

Not a game breaker, but a nice 4/5.

Parker may be a complete doofus in the OF, but the dude can hit 'em a long way.
They trust him in center. I would be OK with him in left...

IF THE BAT IS FOR REAL.

Mac looking bad in the OF and looking bad on the base paths.

This is his first start, so I will give him a pass tonight, but he is not impressing me.

He's getting hits. Doubt that the outcome would be any different if he didn't run in to the fielder. Give him time.

JA entering the last week of his career. I hope he gets a job with CSNBA or MLB network. I really think he has a future behind the mic.

Seems to have DH written all over him. But since we're not going anywhere in the playoffs, I was curious why he wasn't called up sooner, too.

Yeah he's Duvall of the OF at this point. But he can hide out there. It was never really a point brought up by the beat writers (why he wasn't called up), but it must have been a pretty big deal.

Like I said... First game. I understand jitters.

Just saying he is not "Will Clarking" or "Brandon Crawfording" me.

So why play him in center? Doesn't DeAza have experience in center? I know Parker was drafted as a CF (in the second round after Brown, BTW), but if he if Burrell/Morse out there, hide him in left.
