Morse has a strained oblique...out for the rest of the road trip.

Which is no big deal, cuz it's not like a clomping, awful defender who can hit for power would be useful in an AL park.....

As much as I am totally "meh" on Morse, losing him just before one of the bigger series of the year (in Detroit) is not good.

However...

Knowing Boch, he would have put Posey in the DH spot in at least 2 of those games any way, so it isn't like that is a major issue.

Besides, Shark has been playing real well of late.

Petit gets the call in his second start since taking over Lincecum's spot. A great effort last time setting a MLB record and he must keep the ball down and also bust those Rockies hitters in on the fists. Rockies love to hang over the plate and they must be brushed back to be effective against them.

Picks to click...Gotta go with the hot Killer P's...Pence...Posey and Panda.

Let the bats fly and let the runs for the Orange & Black be a plenty.
