My fault guys. I stayed away from here since I didn't want to jinx anything. Then with the game on in the background I was talking to my wife about something and all I said after the 2nd out was 'hey look at his pitch count, he's in there for a reason'. And then the hit happened.

She is really pissed off at me. Like go sleep on the couch mad.

I don't remember if it was Sabes yesterday or Evans earlier this week, but it was said on KNBR that if he showed he had "it", he would be added BEFORE September.

I know that Sabes said yesterday that there was some dead weight on the 40 (*cough*crick*cough*)...

I wonder who would go down in the current Pen? I wish I knew more about what was going on in Richmond because I'm curious if he's actually pitching well outside of the numbers.

So now it sounds like Nathan isn't likely. According to Hank, the Giants want a 3rd catcher (understandable), and they DON'T want to risk losing any of their pitching prospects on the 40-man.
