I don't think you've said that about that particular nickname but you've shared on occasion with some other choice nicknames.
The problem is that he has a couple of decent starts and his time on the team extends for like another 5 starts. I really do wish the Giants would stop this experiment. Of course, the numbers from the guys in AAA aren't very inspiring after D-Rod.

@Stokes1931 , totally off topic, but have you felt either of the two big earthquakes (one yesterday at 10:33 am and today at 8:19 pm)? My parents felt it pretty well in Fresno but I haven't heard of any reports farther north.

I wonder if the Giants could spin this into a trade: In Derek Holland's first 13 relief appearances, he was absolutely awful, posting a 1.726 WHIP and 6.40 ERA, with a 0.96 K/9. However, in his last 6 appearances, counting tonight's, he has a 0.667 WHIP and 1.00 ERA. After giving up 5 home runs in his first 19.7 innings of relief, he has gone 9 innings without one dinger.
