Yeah, only taking the max deal is bogus and only a negotiation tactic for Cleveland. Sorry Gilbert, you're about to get owned by LeBron again.

If this season ends sooner than later for the Cavs, I'm not sure how much he'll care about James staying if it results in him being forced to continue to pay crazy tax penalties.

Like he's never changed his mind before lol.
I believe he said that when he was the King of the superteam era.
He's now on a 4 seed team in the EC, played 3000 minutes, went 7 games in round 1, and basically had to carry the team by himself.

Things always change as you've said. The mess that the Cavs are in and the demand for him to play 40+ mpg to have a chance at winning a playoff game in the 1st round will always make one re-evalute his options.

He's still trying to chase Jordan. A 1st round loss, whether it's his fault or not puts another huge blemish on his resume.

Oladipo is a likeable dude. Also he's good at basketball. Pacers came out of the end of the pg13 era pretty well.

I can root for Oladipo. He played @ a BigTen school that's not located in that shithole ann arbor (fuck meeeechegan!). I root for all former BigTen players (except Draymond).

Your typical ho-hum elimination playoff game 7 performance

Just drop 45 points and shoot 64% while leading the teams in rebounds/assists yet again

You'd think he'd come up with something different for a change.

But nope...same ol' shit. :tsk:

The Pacers were the better team. That’s why Lebron is so great. Any other player replacing James andd they lose this series

MJ would have swept them and wouldn't have needed to goaltend to win any of the games. :heh:

gotta give TT some credit--- he is just what the doctor ordered- 15 pts, 10 boards for TT....5/6 from the free throw line.

When it was down to game 7, when you separate the men from the boys, when the Cavs needed a spark, when it was all on the line, they turned to Tristan.

and he delivered.

15 pts, 10 boards in a surprise start.

The Cavs will go on to beat the Raptors.....I bet the 3 balls start rolling again. Pacers played great D and had a great scheme.....they made LeBron beat them and he did.

Now its time to rain triples on Toronto's head.

Cool, keep praising a guy averaging 6 points and 7 rebounds a game while getting paid over $15m a year.

WINNER!

Oladipo disappearing for half the series was the nail in the coffin for Indiana. That won't happen in the Toronto series

trust me i would much rather be praising your precious Clarkson or Nance but they appear petrified of the moment- up until now at least.

give JR Smith some major credit for that. His defense was exemplary for much of the series.

for as much as people ripped on the Cavs defense during the regular season, there defense actually was pretty damn good in this series- it was the offense that was not so great.

I think we will see the offense play better against Toronto vs. a team that does not have nearly the collection of individual defenders that the Pacers have.

You do realise despite Nance not performing to his optimum level, he still averaged better numbers than TT, right?
