I got the Cavs in six. Still expect a good competitive series nonetheless...

Too bad about the Nuggets, though. I thought they would have given GS all sorts of trouble had they gotten the #7, but it just wasn't meant to be.

This is a good matchup for the Cavs to go small with. I expect CLE to start Love at center (along with Hill, JR, LeBron, and Jeff Green). Turner and Young are great defensive players, but neither of them can really expose Love on the other end of the floor. Sabonis can to some extent though, so imo Cavs should try to match Larry's minutes up with him.

JR and Hill need to have a good defensive series going against Collison and Oladipo, although it helps that LeBron and Green are both capable of switching onto those guys too. Hood will be useful off the bench with that too.


For me, the most important thing for the Cavs is to take care of the ball. The Pacers have thrived on scoring off of turnovers all year long. Can't let them do that in this series if you want the series to be quick.

I think LeBron has won something like 21 straight 1st round games.

That streak is likely to end, as this is probably the toughest 1st round opponent LeBron has ever faced (at least in terms of that team's reg season success).

I think you're right. But it would be great to see Indiana push them to 7.
