"We have to continue to let [Love] know how important he is to our success,” James said. “If we want to have any success in a Game 7 or to move on to the next round, Kev has to be a big part of that."
Its no secret that Kevin has struggled this series, so there's no point in pretending otherwise. Think those comments were about LeBron trying to incite a good performance out of Love tomorrow, not about directing blame.
With Love's hand and now head injury, though, not sure words are what he needs to get on track. Probably worth a try, though.
I mean those are 2 different things and can be helpful or damaging in different ways depending on the personalities of the people involved.Yes, getting your teammates to feel good about their involvement, is best done out in public and especially through the media. Of course this isn't meant for a plane ride back to Cleveland or during practice in a face to face conversation.
I guess I am from the school of keep your team stuff in the locker room. Not this go out and tell the public and use the media to rile up your teammates. Do that in practice, in the locker room have your heart to heart talks.I mean those are 2 different things and can be helpful or damaging in different ways depending on the personalities of the people involved.
I do. Home court should be the difference and the Rockets look hungrier and more focused.Do you really think the Rockets will beat the Warriors in a 7 game series?

agreed, but that ain't LeClown's personality...
It wouldn't be the first time he's thrown someone under the bus...
that is definitely just stating the obvious...holy shit....unless his thumb is hanging off his hand he should be playing better
think part of this is that the PAcers are ap retty solid team--- i think they wouldve beat a few teams in the playoffs including Miami, Washington, Portland, San Antonio, maybe even Boston and Milwaukee. No doubt. Even with a win tomorrow, the Cavs would be going into a series against the best team in the east with what would likely be an all-time low in confidence. Conversely, Raptors would be going into the series with an all-time high in confidence in terms of going against LeBron. Will be a very tough 2nd round if they get there.
Cavs can't waste a second of concern on that right now though.
And I am sure he is aware that he should be playing better. It's just he's got his teammate and the self proclaimed "King" calling him out in the media.that is definitely just stating the obvious...holy shit....unless his thumb is hanging off his hand he should be playing better

Please tell me how the benefits anyone on the team? How does having your best player and the so called leader of the team going to the media and calling you out, or trying to give you motivation, whatever is beneficial to Love? I am curious the thought process on how this is a good idea. There's only been 2 games in this series where one t
OD hates Bron

Here's an answer: "I think we all need to step our game up to make sure we win game 7."He wasn't calling him out. He was asked a question. He answered
