Those teams were damn talented though. They were one of very few teams that scared me when the Lakers had to play them. If not for Shaq/Kobe, that team likely gets a title or 2.

Then Portland goes and trades O'Neal and he goes on to be an all-star and Portland receives the trading hesitation of current mediocre players syndrome. Hence why we don't get rid of Aminu, Leonard, CJ McCollum. God knows because we are Portland if we trade ANYONE they become all-stars at their new destination.
