These last 2 games were pretty big early season games, at least for the Dodgers. So far in the season, your hated rival has been dominating you and just took the first 2 games of a 4 game series in your own ballpark. But you have your 2 aces on the mound to even the series and send a message.

There aren't any "must win" games in May, but these last 2 were big ones for the Dodgers and they ended up losing one with their $200 million man on the mound. Gotta feel pretty sour after that one.

Great road trip for the Giants, and especially Brandon Crawford. Kid just makes play after play, we are so spoiled to watch him. And Pablo had 3 hits today! Lets hope he comes out swinging tomorrow.

Just like Paradise...Giants win 7-4 in 10 innings

This road trip has been just like living in Paradise for the Giants. They go 7-3 on this trip and now head home for a 7 game home stand. Hudson pitched brilliantly once again giving up only 2 ER over 6 innings. Another classic game that goes on the memory tree for me. This game gets another star beside it and will be remembered at the end of the year . Another Champion TEAM type game.

What a battle all day as the Giants beat L.A. and Kershaw who has been a thorn in their side. It was back and forth all day and it got interesting in the 7th when Hicks tagged a 2 run HR to left to take a 3-2 lead. Giants took a 4-2 lead into the 9th for Romo who with 2 outs gave up a 2 run HR to Ramirez to tie the game at 4-4. On to extra innings it went and the Giant blew it open in the 10th inning. The Giants got to Jansen for 3 runs and the plane was warming up on the runway for that happy flight home to SF.

Everyone contributed today...Pagan had 2 hits and scored 3 runs. Pence had 2 hits. Posey had 2 hits. Sandoval broke out for 3 hits 2 RBI's and is my player of the game. Hicks had that big 2 run HR in the 7th.

What a game and it happened on Mothers Day for all those Gamer Giants Mom's. Can't wait for the team to get home and they deserve a big standing ovation when they take the field Monday. Is this Heaven on Earth ? Is this Paradise? It sure feels that way. What's next for these 25 guys who play for each other and play all out every day. Another fantastic win.
