Of the FAs, I think Vogey is the only one with any chance of coming back, but that is very unlikely.

For the Arb players, I think Maxwell and Machi are gone, and Sanchez could go either way. Belt, Craw, Petit and Kontos are all no-brainers.

The only way Belt is a question mark is if they trade him (legit possibility). There is zero chance he is non-tendered.

No. But this goes back to my slippery slope argument about whose number gets retired. If one could limit the retired numbers to HOFers and true near-HOFers, that's fine. But what's a "near HOFer"? Gaylord Perry? Matt Williams? Jim Ray Hart? Dave Kingman? JT Snow? Rod Beck? Matt Cain?

Pretty soon it's Randy Moffitt ("well he was Billie Jean King's brother and she is such an LGBTTTTTTTQOJIHOUAFCKLJNL icon, so that should stand for something!") and Marvin Benard because everybody gets a trophy, and if you say no then you're a bigoted racist homophobe fascist.

I just want to own the flag company that makes all these.

Well, they probably tender Biggie and Belt. But if Posey is moving more to 1B, that makes Belt rather redundant. And he is not exactly forcing the issue this year so far.

I totally understand the Slipery-Slope argument. I just don't see it applying here.

The Giants are very good with their alumni-relations. I trust they would keep it at a respectful bar. And like I said before, the Giants are one of if to the only team that has this bar in place and the only team that has gone down the slippery slope is the Rays. But they are an expansion team having MAJOR trouble putting fannies in the seats, so they need to try those goofy stunts.
