Logan Webb
RHP
5-4, 2.67 ERA, 74 SO
I was just thinking about his complete loss of power this year. Is that just a SSS this year, or was last year a SSS fluke? This is much lower in terms of the Giants' lineup struggles, but Tyler Fitzgerald's .125 ISO is down from a .230 ISO last season. He has cut down the strikeout rate to 24.2%, but the power has nearly disappeared this season.
Game over in the third. Our ace shits the mound....again.
Bats are the bats.
this feels just like the Twins series. Sweep coming.
When the same team weeknesses shows up time after time, I can’t tip my cap to the opposition. The Giants hitters have not earned the right to point to the other team and say “hay. They are pros too!” If a team roughs up our pitchers, I am willing to tip my cap or shrug off the game as a fluke. But when we practically get no-hit, that is on us, not them.Disheartening, but the Tiggers are for real.
Webb got Gianted.Cain cained lol.
