Crawford with the pulled groin. I wonder how much time he is going to miss. We are cursed this year.

Yup, tomorrow and the next day. But a pulled groin can be a 2 weeks or so.

No shame in losing to Kershaw. Blach did nicely, and the pen held the Dogs.

Bats? Meh.

It's kind of rare for a game to go EXACTLY as predicted.

Giants are now 0-6 when walking once or less in a game. And they've been shut out 3 times in their first 21 games, it is actually 3 of their last 9.

Hard to walk off Kershaw, as he is always around the plate.

Team batting is now down to .235/.292/.353

That's a horrible slash line.

Giants are averaging 3.4 runs per game, and are giving up 4.4 runs per game.

It came down to the third inning with 1st and 3rd no outs and 2-3-4 hitters coming up. We had him on the ropes but couldn't manage the knockout punch. But this still gives me hope for the season, as we were facing the best pitcher in mlb, in the prime of his life.

:yo:

I legit thought he wore 22. I guess he has entered anti - Nick Lowery territory.

Also, I trusted K&K when they said Schmidt wore it. He didn't...

You made me post.

Whiteside's fault.

listening to the pre-game radio. tomlinson and morse called up, span on dl (not sure how long)

jon miller mentioned morse launched one in bp all the way to the platform in from of the Coke sign in LF. Cold windy night here, so an impressive shot.

BTW Morse lived (rented) a few doors down from us in 2014 in our old building... caught him a few times in the hall, nice guy and very big

Finally, not sure how many of you are in the Bay Area with access to Pac Bell (sorry, ATT), but several times a year it's 'too cold' for my wife to attend and my regulars have troubling making the game. So I may reach out occasionally for a seatmate. Lower reserve, 1st base side, sheltered from sun, rain, wind, and seagulls. LMK if any interest.

Would love to catch a game at AT&T but, alas, I live in Orange County. It would be a bit far of a drive for game.
