8. Best hitting 3rd baseman of all time
9. Best hitting SS of all time

VS the best starting pitcher of all time, who is expected to just do his job which means getting through 6 innings

My opinion, best starting pitcher gets hammered and badly. Best hitting beats best pitching

but with a lineup that good why does the pitcher HAVE to go 6... if you think he is going to get rocked, then he will be taken out and not go 6... Plus, if everyone is so good, what manager will have a pitcher with a long leash??

I think a pitcher will be fine through 3-4 innings, and then show problems...


In all star games does any pitcher go more than 3-4 innings... I don't know, i am asking...
