I so agree with this. I prefer to make my own picks, but the first 6-7 drafts I played in, my work wouldn't allow me to always be here, so I left lists and I'm not sure I ever actually made a pick myself, but it was still fun

I remember quite well and it was much appreciated.

The one team rule honestly hasn't changed much of what I have wanted to do yet. Obviously that will quickly change soon.

The baseball version of this will be epic. With baseball, the size/speed ratio of modern athletes is mute. Dustin Pedroia can still play on todays game like Pee Wee Reese could back in the day. And only 1 Yankee per team evens everything out lol

I think y'all need to get more stern on just skipping people. These drafts take commitment, and if you aren't willing to put in the amount of effort that it takes, then you will be skipped. It's not like there is a shortage of available players out there.

In my cheesy opinion:

Our rosters must have 3 DE, 3 DT, 3 OLB, & 2 ILB. As far as I am concerned, every team can run a 3-4 or 4-3. I'm broadly thinking an OLB is an OLB. 3-4 & 4-3 both use two OLB... I won't deduct from my voting if one has not played in the set up you envision....

My players are generally set up to play 3-4, but I have Urlacher as my first ILB. The Bears never use a 3-4, but I'm assuming Urlacher would succeed no matter where he was slotted....

I definitely agree with the set up thing and linebackers... There are some linebackers that are "rush specialists" but IMO as long as you have an all around on the other side I don't see why they can't switch sides on plays when necessary... The inside guys, are basically middle backers with half the responsibility IMO... The d-line is the difference I've found out... The NT should be huge, or at least very very strong to demand at least a double... The DE are more like athletic DT... They are responsible for trying to get a double too and/or at least try to cause a pile, so their sack totals aren't going to be huge like the long fast DE who play the 4-3... It's why Peppers was moved to OLB in GB as opposed to staying at DE like he played most years... It's kinda why I'm struggling to find DEs because sacks nor tackles are their main focus so stats don't tell the whole picture... Just hoping stats don't hurt me, and people look at my scheme...:hope:

Deal. Jeffro has been skipped next round. :pound:

I wish we could skip people if they take to long but the problem is there time slot hasn't expired yet.

If y'all were waiting for over 3 hours to pick because of me, then I wouldn't be offended in the least if I was skipped.

I really don't like skipping people but the thought of waiting until 9:00 or when ever we would have to skip Clark blows!
