For the record I did not give 500 a thumbs up for taking Warfield. My son hit my phone and it gave the thumbs up. However I love Warfield but hated someone else getting a top 10 WR of all time.

Looking at his squad, I wouldn't do that because all his linemen are 4-3 guys. A trade of Lambert or Schmidt for a 4-3 OLB might work well IMO

So here's a question... Jack Ham... I've been researching and all I've seen is he is a 4-3 OLB... I want to play a 3-4... Does he translate...? I've seen opinions that say he would but non of them are here and voting so what say you all...?

In my cheesy opinion:

Our rosters must have 3 DE, 3 DT, 3 OLB, & 2 ILB. As far as I am concerned, every team can run a 3-4 or 4-3. I'm broadly thinking an OLB is an OLB. 3-4 & 4-3 both use two OLB... I won't deduct from my voting if one has not played in the set up you envision....

My players are generally set up to play 3-4, but I have Urlacher as my first ILB. The Bears never use a 3-4, but I'm assuming Urlacher would succeed no matter where he was slotted....

I say you use the last guy you have on his list and give him the option to change him, unless it goes against the 1 team rule...

LT is the prototype of what a 3-4 OLB is, typically the best athlete on the field, and a great pass rusher. The best in the game today is probably who, Clay Matthews? DeMarcus Ware? Ham was never known as a great pass rusher, he was a really smart guy who was never out of position, an outstanding tackler, and was great in coverage. Sort of a PManning on defense. I think he is obviously best as a 4-3 guy, but if he were a 3-4 guy, I could almost see him as a better fit inside(if you have a huge NT to protect him). Not big enough for 3-4 OLB to me, but that's just my opinion, that and $2 will get you a diet pepsi

I so agree with this. I prefer to make my own picks, but the first 6-7 drafts I played in, my work wouldn't allow me to always be here, so I left lists and I'm not sure I ever actually made a pick myself, but it was still fun
