LOL if Rose goes down you're screwed. You don't want Hill running your team. He's more a spot-up shooter at this stage than a playmaker...

Running my team, he is just the point guard lol. I am demoting Phil to head coach so this team will be very disciplined and the offense runs through AD.

I like my length, defense and spacing... To be next to last I'm not going to win it all "now" but in 3 years I should be a favorite IMO...

PG - Tony Parker
SG - Gianis Antetokounmpo
SF - Nicolas Batum
PF - Chandler Wilson
C - Willie Cauley-Stein

6th - Kevin Martin

Even toying with starting Martin and moving Gianis to PF...

If Rose goes down?

We are assuming no injuries.

And yet, he'll still get hurt in a game because that's just who he is...

Injuries aside, Rose hasn't been too sound in the assist/turnover department. @Shanemansj13 Any team with post-injuries Derrick Rose as the lone ball-handler isn't too strong.

Rose is far from what he used to be, but let's be fair. The PG you took in the first round is only marginally better. If we are talking about value, Rose at the end of the 4th is awesome, Reggie Jackson at the end of the first is pretty bad.

What's wrong with Reggie? Because he doesn't get much notoriety in Detroit? And unlike the Pistons, I ain't relying on him to be my lone scorer/playmaker.

Ask the Pelicans how their season is going running everything through AD. To some extent, you need effective ball-handlers on the periemeter.

He is inefficient and he does not defend that well.

He is not a bad PG, but certainly not a cornerstone player. I take Jrue Holiday all day over Jackson, and I got him in the third round.

You are criticizing Shane's PG, but neglecting to consider that he also has Anthony Davis, Bradley Beal and Pau Gasol. If you asked everyone on here who is off to the better start with their first 5 picks between you and Shane, I bet at least 90% would pick Shane, and maybe 100%.

He problem is NO is not AD. THey have a terrible mix of guards that don't fit each other. Holliday and Davis are a good pair, but Evans is an overrated ball stopper who does not fit the roster.

Just letting you know I won't be picking till tomorrow (noonish). I actually didn't think it'd get back around to me this quickly and didn't plan out who I wanted. My bad. Enjoy the break and get some sleep.

its hard to believe Jrue Holiday is only 25- it feels like he has been around forever...talk about a guy who is just a losing player.

LOL. Is this based on his time in Philly, or NO?

You do realize he was one of the best players on the last 76er playoff team, right? They also made the playoffs in 2011. They did not start tanking until 2012 when they lost Iggy and traded Holiday for Noel.

I don't think the pieces in NO fit well at all, but if you are blaming Holiday, then you are blaming the wrong guy.

Holiday's 76ers made the playoffs 2 of 4 years, and they won 34 games in 2013 despite having virtually no talent around him.

In NO, he has spent half his time in the sidelines dealing with injuries, but when on the court, there is no doubt he makes them better and is their 2nd best player. Your comments are off base.

13. Jeff Teague
14. Goran Dragic
15. Reggie Jackson

Are all comfortably better.

Holliday is probably somehwere in the next tier, though probably near the bottom of it

WITH

Derek Rose
Deron Williams
Brandon Knight
Ricky Rubio
Rajon Rondo

id put Holliday ABOVE the next tier though- guys like

Jeremy Lin
George Hill
Jordan Clarkson
and some guys not yet drafted id rather not mention out of respect

--- -------- right NOW- TODAY- if I were playing a game TOMORROW- id rather have Jrue Holliday- but I would NEVER trade Marcus Smart, DeAngelo Russell, Elfrid Payton, or Emmanual Mudiay for Jrue Holliday---

No way. You are entitled to your opinion, but that is just not accurate. The only way Holliday does not belong in the top group is if you are factoring his injury history. He is a plus defender with length, and unlike some of the players you have listed, he makes his teammates better.

Dragic and Teague are having very poor seasons with efficiency ratings well below Holiday's and Parker no longer belongs in that top tier. Holiday is a very good player when he is healthy.

Also not sure what you are basing your rankings on. Perception? NBA 2K?

Holiday belongs in the tier with these players:

Thomas
Walker
Jackson
Holiday
Teague

I was going to grab him last round and should have. I didn't think he could last till my pick, but dammit! I thought everyone forgot about him.
