Really hard to pick this series, could go either way, probably 7 games. Ima say Boston but honestly a coin flip to me

Outside of being deep and having a better bench, i'm not sure where else Tornto is better than Boston

Game 1 on Thursday.

Not sure why I was thinking the series wouldn't start until the weekend

The status of Lowry's foot will greatly affect this series

Good match-up. Much better than either team had in the 1st round. The Raptors basically got a free pass playing an utterly depleted Nets squad.

The C's have more star power.
Both squads are well-coached, disciplined and tough on defense.
The Raptors have more depth and are championship tested.

I think the C's have the edge, personally... but it's close.

I know the Raptors played the worst team in the playoffs...by far but this team is being understimated again imo. I had them going to the conference finals but this won't be nearly as easy. I see this going 6 or 7. Kemba is playing great ball and they could very well take down Toronto.

It comes down to Lowry really...if he can play but struggles, I think Boston takes this.
If he doesn't play...Boston wins.
If he does play and plays well enough..they win.

So really depends on game to game what they can get from Lowry. Some obvious points here lol

Celtics caught a break as well, with Simmons leaving the Sixers.

I gotta go with the Raptors in 6 or 7. Should be some good, low-scoring defensive games

CELTICS in three!

Boston's gonna need Hayward for this series. Not sure how long he'll be out though.

No doubt.

Nets were without KD, Irving and Dinwiddie though... Brooklyn was arguably a bad team at this point, while Philly still had some talent left.

Yeah, they got embarrassed that series. Hard to know how much difference Simmons would have made

Potentially, quite a lot. Simmons was a huge loss for Philly... I'm not downplaying that fact (just to be clear).

Philly has been a tough match-up for Boston this season... if the '6ers were at full strength, it might have been a great series.

Hoping this one lives up to the hype

And Taurean Prince and DeAndre Jordan. This roster was full of bench players minus LeVert.

I mean I don't think it's that hard to tell..they made it to the conference Semi's Game 7 against the Raptors with him. He makes a pretty big difference even though he still doesn't have a jumpshot.

Obviously the roster wasn't exactly the same...

Last year they had Butler and RoCo. This year they had Harris, Horford and Josh Richardson. Still a nice core.
