2023 regular season ANT- 25/4/6
2023 playoffs ANT- 32/5/5

2022 regular season ANT- 21/4/5
2022 playoffs ANT- 25/4/3

The guy consistenly goes to another level in the playoffs. Saying SGA is a better playoffs player than him is actually ridiculous.
I’m not even saying it, I’m saying the Twolves played the suns.

Should we look at what SGA did against the Suns this year?

Ant has done this in every post season lol. What the hell are you talking about?

Last year he did it against Denver and the year before he did it against Memphis.

You are acting like this is the first time he played well in the playoffs when he's been doing this for his entire career.

I dont know how this got to be an Ant vs Shai thing. Are they going to play one on one?

I don't give a damn who he played. I knew this about Ant from his previous 2 seasons. It is clear as day that he goes to another level in the playoffs if you actually watched his series vs Memphis and his series vs Denver last year. Some guys go to another level, some do what they do in the regular season, and others disappear.

Ant is one of the few that take it to another level while SGA on a super small sample size seems like a guy who just going to do what he did in the regular season which isn't a horrible thing at all an especially not when you have a season like he had but I'm always going to like the guy who go crazy in the playoffs.

I’m not saying anything bad about the guy, he’s one of my favorite players. If they play the thunder he better bring it is what I’m saying, Dort will be trying his best to lock him up and his best is pretty damn good. Shai is going to have his games in the playoffs, to think otherwise is just silly.

I didn't say Shai was bad or that he won't have games. I said so he is doing what he did in the regular season which is fine but I like guys who go to another level in the playoffs consistently....not one who may go to another level 2x in a 7 game series but hey if you prefera guy who going to play same way he did in the regular season then that's fine.

Maybe watching Wade and Jimmy in the playoffs for the last 20 years spoiled me

As for your Dort point, not everyone is a coward and not built for the moment like Brandon Ingram.

No but every player in the league would have Dort on their all defensive team. He’s always there in the player poll.

No doubt. Everyone knows Dort is a great defensive player but not every player going to play as nasty as Ingram

Minnesota deserves the love, that sweep was big after not really competing with the suns in the regular season.

Yes I would have been ok with it because playing the best team in basketball in a best of 7 with 2 off your top 3 guys out won’t end well and it would have maybe make them take the regular season more serious. Thankfully the message about having a little more of a sense of urgency still going to hit home because Jimmy is available for the playoffs if they didn’t put themselves in play in position for a 2nd straight season.
Exactly what I said yesterday in the other thread where that clown was going back and forth with me @thunderc

Heat are playing great defense. SPO has thrown a few twists in too. No better team to sharpen up Boston. They may see more of these schemes ahead. So this is good

I would guess the rest of this series at least

If the Celtics can't take care of the Heat minus KP then they're in trouble.
