Its tough playing 4 on 5 every shift. The anchor is bringing that whole line down. Once he shakes up the lines you will see Linblom and Laughton contribute more in the offensive end.Can someone please let Oskar Linblom know that the Flyers season has started? I gave him a pass last season but he either needs some time in the AHL to get his game and his confidence back. Maybe if Hayes and that Ellis fellow decide to play it'll be different. Yet to be seen.
I agree 100% and you can add to Sanheim being out of position so many times. I hope when Elis comes back Sanheim gets to sit a game or two to work on positional hockey. On a side note, Hart got beat by a couple of bad bounces but our defense looked horrible,Yandle looked old tonight, poor little feller. Hart has looked strong all season the rest of the team needs to show up.

We pulled a Flyer offense from last season and the one before. Pepper shots to the goalie and hope for the best.
Didn’t get to watch at all last night, but that shot chart isn’t going to lead to many goals.
Maybe when Hayes comes back put him on a line with those guys see if it helps his game. He just looks totally lost on the ice a whole lot.I'm willing to give him some time. At EV he's got the 3rd highest individual expected goals at this point (Couturier, Konecny). And tied for the lead in high danger chances (w/ Couturier and Atkinson).
It's coming. Just snake bitten so far.
I'm gonna disagree with you here, JVR has been playing at both ends and I like that more than him standing around at the blue line looking out of the play, his offense isn't doing any wonders but I think that whole line has little to no chemistry. Its tough playing 4 on 5 every shift. Lindblom and Laughton are not good enough to carry him offensively and therefore you get a full line of zero offense. We dont pay him 7 million dollars a year to score 10 goals a year.I'm gonna disagree with you here, JVR has been playing at both ends and I like that more than him standing around at the blue line looking out of the play, his offense isn't doing any wonders but I think that whole line has little to no chemistry.
It was just boring and a real lack of imaginative offense. Sort of like a dump and chase but it was pepper it on goal and hope you get a rebound off of a weak shot form 30 feet away.I didn't get to watch the game last. I didn't expect to get shutout either. Was it that bad?

Idk, it was a really tight game until midway when Nylander got a fluke bounce off of his toe that was originally disallowed for being a kick. The call could've gone either way, but the Leafs got lucky there for it to be overturned upon review. That said, Hart played arguably very well start to finish and still gave up three goals. Our special teams were really bad, for sure. We could've declined some of our power plays and done more with less. They pulled away in the 3rd via a couple tic-tac-toe goals that Hart had little chance on.I didn't get to watch the game last. I didn't expect to get shutout either. Was it that bad?
Over / Under with AWAZ is 12 !Lindblom and Laughton are not good enough to carry him offensively and therefore you get a full line of zero offense. We dont pay him 7 million dollars a year to score 10 goals a year.
Just like you i hope AWAZ wins that bet.Over / Under with AWAZ is 12 !
