That game was awesome to watch.I gotta say the save by Hsrt early on set the tone in this game. Love Nate Thompson teeing off on Bassiot.

Obviously this was a fun game to take in for the home fans. Our top line dominated early and then our second line put away the Kraken for good before we were even halfway through the game. How about this kid Farabee eh? 4 points and a +5 in two games. We need to be seeking out ways to get him more ice.

Anyway, shortly after the 5-0 lead, this kid Bastian, who has 52 Nhl games to his name, picks a fight with Giroux. G is probably like "Who the fuck are you, kid!?" It was a powder keg for the rest of the game. Seeler showed some massive balls taking on 6'7" 260 lb Oleksiak and Thompson sought out Bastian later in the 3rd, proceeding to completely destroy the kid...Lol

Giroux opened the scoring with a laser, Konecny was buzzing all night long and had two points and I'd say Couturier was just a touch off from netting a couple himself. Everyone on the second line had 3 points and their chemistry seems to really be clicking. Ellis had a great game and he appears to fit very well with Provorov.

As pointed out, we were a little slow out of the gate in this game and Hart saved our asses with about 2 or 3 spectacular saves. I would've loved to see him get the shutout, but Soucy got a lucky bounce of the puck right to his tape late in the 2nd to break that.

I cannot wait to see Risto suit up any day now. I was talking to some Sabre friends of mine, many are now saying he is going to be a natural fit in Philly. He will be able to play to his strengths which is to play a physical a make crushing hits. The Sabres simply killed him. In Philly, he is going to be a favorite quickly, book it. He's a gym freak. Dude is a tank.

That save by hart was incredible and everyone fed off of it and i want to thank Thompson for finally winning a fight for us. It happens maybe once a year. I could watch us play that style every night.

Finally found out what this team is capable of when they play 60 minutes. It just feels good when they play the style of hockey they did last night.

I would also like to thank Seeler for taking on Oleksiak the giant and pumping me up when he went to the box screaming.. That pumped up the team and crowd
