Flyers claimed Patrick Brown from Vegas on waivers. Based on rosters being due today and requiring to keep anyone they claim on waivers with the NHL squad, plus AV saying they plan to start the year with 20, I guess Brown is the 12th forward.

He's 29 with like 30 NHL games played. So, probably not a real difference maker.
