Seattle setting their price for a 1st and 3rd for DK. Now I don't see that happening unless multiple teams battle each other but I do think the FO could snag a 2nd rounder. At this point DK and the money he's looking for doesn't fit in this current plan. We are not a SB contender and barley a playoff contender. Better option is to get younger, must find QBoF in the next 2 years and save the cap space for when it's time to make that SB run.

Man, if we could even leverage swapping draft picks with someone that would include DK in the deal instead of just looking at gaining an additional pick that would work for me...

The New England Patriots for example... I would entertain swapping both 2nd and 3rd round picks for DK... That would mean the following...

• Move from 50th to 38th overall in the 2nd round ==> We'd move up 13 picks
• Move from 82nd to 69th overall in the 3rd round... ==> We'd move up 14 picks

Moving from our #18 overall to their #4 overall in the 1st would be a pipe dream... I 'd take that one for sure!

Would be completely fine with that (your 2nd/3rd scenario). If we can take that 2nd outright I'd be ecstatic.

As for your #18 to #4 overall... I mean anyone would take that... it's not happening. If it did you just take Hunter and don't look back, lol. DK is not anywhere even remotely close (like 20% of the equation) to moving from #18 to #4 along with one first let alone 1-2 additional and 2nd rounders.

There's a better chance of Michael Dickson playing QB in 2025 than that happening.

I've always liked Dart as a prospect... But he's definitely jumping up in the draft due to his combine... Reminds me of Levis when he was drafted...

I'd take their first and draft best o-line but probably right in getting next years first.

That trade technically looks horrible, but if someone gives us a 2026 1st rounder + maybe a 2025 4th rounder? I'd take that in a heartbeat. That's effectively a 2nd and 4th, which I think is fair for DK... And you build up the philosophy this year and you have good ammo to build a team in 2026 with arguably a MUCH stronger draft class - specifically at QB.

right now they are 100% in the hunt for a QB so somethings going to happen. Be it Darnold, Fields and or maybe even Wilson. Wilson would be a bad idea as that bridge was burnt down. Fields could be a nice bridge and Darnold well he is just Geno from 2022. Great season but not who he is.

2025 could be a painful season but i am 100% ready for it if it happens. If it does happen it only sets us up better for a 2026 season turn-around. Lets not forget that in 2026 45 million comes off the books for no one. Thats like a franchise QB amount of money freed up ( dead cap ). Things will look better going into next offseason one way or the other.

I thought thats what he was worth, and the fact it was Pete that pulled the trigger tells me Pete thinks hes worth a 2nd. Thank You Pete, still helping your beloved Seahawks.

So what was the full rumor? DK+ Geno for Max and a high pick? Wish that would have worked out.
