Well... I share these thoughts with the Cowturd
Cooper also played ILB.first formal meetings of the NFL combine:
Jeremiah Trotter, LB Clemson
Edgerrin Cooper, EDGE Texas A&M
Junior Colson, LB Michigan
And potentially landing Jonnu. Some informal meetings with TEs have surfaced:
Kansas ST - Ben Sinnot
Minnesota - Brebyn Spann-Ford
Michigan - AJ Barner
Not sure why they are getting so invested in TEs when they have a room flush with talent.
I was hoping they would expand Washington's role... So where does this leave Con Heyward if they draft/sign another TE?And potentially landing Jonnu.
But Smith's offenses are always very TE heavy.
They don't seem to see Washington as anything but a Bruener type. He's just the 3rd tackle. Heyward, well he has a significant place. Just like Cordarelle Patterson, that TE/Hback role is a defined part of Smith's O.I was hoping they would expand Washington's role... So where does this leave Con Heyward if they draft/sign another TE?
Quinyon Mitchell is high on my list of CBs. Hope they meet with him.Formal meetings with CB's Kool-Aid McKinstry and Mike Sainristil.
RTs are easier to find than LTs. Focusing on that means they can either fill in FA or wait a little longer to draft one.
Agreed. Easier transition to the NFL, but hoping the switch doesn't mess up his progress. Wiping with your opposite hand and sech.RTs are easier to find than LTs. Focusing on that means they can either fill in FA or wait a little longer to draft one.
Steelers showing a lot of interest in 1st Rd WRs suddenly... I'm thinkin a Diontae Johnson trade is a very real scenario.
That said... Not a fan of drafting WR that high
