Yea its a bad look all around. Tomlin sees himself as some sort of rehabilitator.
When Sutton didn’t turn himself in, it made the entire situation worse and the signing more desperate……

He didn't even practice. He just rolled out of bed and was injured.Russ Wilson already dealing with soft tissue issues... And Pickens displaying lack of effort.
We're so back, baby!!!
Supposedly because of doing a sled push drill the day before. Not sure why they have QBs doing that.He didn't even practice. He just rolled out of bed and was injured.
We like to try to murder our QB's with sneaks.Supposedly because of doing a sled push drill the day before. Not sure why they have QBs doing that.
Not getting overly exciting about reports from the "football in shorts" days... But hearing positive things about:
Justin Fields is as advertised. Struggles with consistency.
- Pat Freiermuth
- Payton Wilson
- Roman Wilson
- Donte Jackson
- Demarvin Leal... surprising
- Kyle Allen
- Darius Rush
We'll see what's what today when the pads come on.
This is the way.Start drinking now…..
Roman Wilson carted off due to an ankle injury while practicing a JET SWEEP... christ
I should have listened to @Pure Steel when he told me to start drinking yesterday.
I agree. This WR room is held together by hopes & dreams. Luckily Arthur Smith's offense deploys a lot of TE routes, so the WRs won't be the sole focus on the receiving end. This season has painful written all over it, one WR that has tremendous potential, but hasn’t gotten near it….The rest of the WR group are castaways from the Island of Misfit toys……just wish they could have worked something out with DJ, because his numbers will be hard to replace…..
For some better news...
1st day of pads made Fautanu look like a stud... He beat TJ Watt multiple times in 1v1 drills.
Needed this. Not sure why this took so long to become reality for them.Glad they brought him back for depth.
