Jerod Mayo said he “had a conversation with Rhamondre Stevenson and he won’t be starting” against the Dolphins in Week 5.
Speaking on a local radio show, Mayo added, “I’ll be upfront and transparent. But he will play. And he understands he has to protect the football going forward.” The news comes two days after Mayo told reporters he was considering benching Stevenson in favor of Antonio Gibson. Gibson has played far more efficiently than Stevenson through the first four weeks, averaging 5.3 yards per carry and 3.15 yards per route run. Stevenson is respectively averaging 4.1 and 0.47 yards per play. Fantasy managers should consider Gibson a flex play with PPR upside. Stevenson has converted 50.0 percent of his green zone carries for first downs and/or touchdowns, which may keep him in play in scoring position though.

It’s been said before. Rhamondre now has a target on his back. Couple of fumbles and the defense starts targeting you.

NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reports the Patriots are planning to start Drake Maye at quarterback against the Texans.
Jacoby Brissett’s watch has ended. New England did seem to find an offensive line combination that was more secure in Week 5 when they shifted Mike Owenu to guard, but Brissett was unable to find much for the offense. Maye should elevate the ceiling of the Patriots offense. He will also likely lower its floor greatly at times. The Texans D/ST should be a popular pick this week for streaming and DFS alike. This move was always going to happen for New England, as they had to gain some clue of what they have in Maye going into the 2025 season and let him build chemistry with younger receivers like Ja’Lynn Polk.

I saw this report. But why start him against Hou? Why not against Mia or the London game? Hou is the #4 overall defense. #3 against the pass. #17 against the run.

Let's hope the game plan is run heavy and VanPelt sticks to it.

FIFY, assuming the allegations are true. If somehow they are not true - he's still a moron x 2 for being with her in the first place.
Sometimes these floozies don't show their true colors until they feel they have the upper hand.

4 year center signed by the Patriots. Sincere Haynesworth.
Despite having a very productive collegiate career, Haynesworth’s measurables did not pop off the page. He measured just under 6-foot-1 and weighed 300 pounds while running a 5.27 40-yard dash. Haynesworth was not selected in the 2024 NFL Draft.

The New Orleans Saints signed Haynesworth and kept him throughout training camp. He appeared in two preseason games as a right guard, which he hadn’t played since 2019. New Orleans waived him with an injury designation on Aug. 20. He reached an injury settlement to become a free agent.

Is he any good? I don't know but he is Sincere!

Patriots owner Robert Kraft was on the Breakfast Club and addressed the situation with Jabrill Peppers.

"When you first read the police report, it turns your stomach. Jabrill was placed on the Commissioner's List while the league throughly investigates the matter. We (Patriots) are also investigating the matter. There is some information that tends to indicate that it may have been a set up. If the original report is factual, he's gone. If there is even a question to the accuracy of the original report, the matter will be fully pursued."

Apparently, the league and Kraft's private investigator have found some cracks in the way that this thing was reported. Don't forget that Kraft was put on trial through the Jupiter, FL police and newspapers and the DA is nowhere to found today. Kraft has a hard on for false reports, especially reports that can destroy a person's entire life.

As always, never believe anything until all of the facts have been exposed and proven.

I'm not sure I'd be describing his issues with police and the legal system, based on what he was accused of, as having a hard on.
